The east side is mostly industrial and low income housing.

The insurance industry isn't as lucky as the banks but fortunately operates on reserves so they have not shut the world down (yet) like the banks would have if they were losing money this way - but the losses have gone on too long so now we all pay the piper one way or another.

Hey @Noelle Debruhl, Docusign is an industry standard.There are some others, but if you need to do it this way, then Docusign is what I would use.You could also create a signable PDF.

Insurance varies wildly, especially the past year the industry has been crazy and a very tough market especially for lower end properties and in states such as CA and FL.

I am completely new to this industry but everything about it makes me excited.
