There is traditional FHA Financing, Hard Money Financing, Portfolio Lender Financing, Private IRA Lender Financing, JV Partner Cash - Credit Financing, all different.And you can buy on terms without traditional financing, such as sub2, land trusts - selling beneficial interest, contract for deed - installment sales, lease options, lease purchase, wraps - aitds, etc.It all depends on your personal talent and deal making abilities.
