I use a spreadsheet and cozy and QB online (about to swap to stessa) and it doesnt take much time to handle everything.

Shoot, all those places that require you to completely update wiring when you swap out a panel are positively criminal and just trying to squash your capitalistic spirit and inhibit your ability to make a profit.

Did they add a 2nd like chain lock or swap the locks so you don't have keys? 

I am not sure if it is time to start hedging with credit default swaps but it is probably time to start reducing leverage.

Try swapping it with a hood when a resident has become used to it and see how that goes.

Essentially he would be swapping his 100% owned apartment unit worth $140k for partial ownership of a $1M commercial building.Is this possible?
