Again look at competitors see who is being successful.

Out of curiosity, which neighborhood is the property, and how is it performing?

They follow a straightforward process that has proven successful throughout history: increase earnings, reduce expenses, save as much as you can, invest as much as you can, and wait patiently. 

But at a high level... there isn't a magic formula only the pros know... but the pros put in the work to learn how to make a website really perform well... which does take putting in the time and the work to learn it. 

I am giving all of the agents who do this a blueprint for success on BiggerPockets and a highlight to what could get them banned.You must be someone who just likes to hop into the middle of things.
