My good friend's older sister passed away and the heirs did not want the house, i made an offer and it was accepted.

I live in Condo in California my neighbor decide to install a dryer by themselves without advising the landlord no proper ventilation and the result came that it's emitting A Toxic gas smell that comes to our side of the house I was in the garage and started to smell it my vision became blurry my stomach wasn't feeling well and it felt like I wanted to pass out my pregnant sister lives with me and the heat with smell passes to her room they open their garage to let out the smell so they damn well know that it's not safe can I complain to the landlord about this situation?

When an issue comes up, they send down the appropriate member of the staff to take care of it. 2- Other companies have a sister company that does the work.

My sister is eyeing a foreclosure in Prince George county MD, just looking to get feedback on fixing up properties there and whether there may be stricter bldg codes to worry about if needing a lot of rehab.
