FICO scores vary month to month by 5-15 points just as the weather changes to and fro even if you do absolutely nothing different (this is why I don't like preapproving folks within about 15 points of the minimum FICO that I need, or if I do then I also tell them how they can bump it while simultaneously out house hunting), so don't think of attributing a 2 point drop to a credit inquiry. 

Instead of just wholesaling the property, I did a simultaneous close, wrapping the underlying note with a new note with $17,500 down, 9% interest and due in 12 months.

If anyone knows one that can do a simultaneous close, that would be even better!  

So I'm somewhat simultaneously intrepid and intrigued. 

There was a time when they told me about a couple of maintenance requests that came in almost simultaneously at a couple of the units they were managing for me.

If simultaneous closings have been made illegal, you're going to have to focus on more buyers that don't care how much money you make as long as they have a good deal on their end.  

Seven simultaneous mortgages with seven simultaneous closings is going to be a helluva mortgage party for you!

It could be that those have to happen simultaneously or one slightly ahead of the other to get the end purpose accomplish.  

And the only 1031's I have done has been on standing timber.. talk about nirvana and no competition LOL...Jay,I believe the Starker exchange was for a non-simultaneous exchange.
