I have worked many years since my teens holding down multiple jobs simultaneous.

There are still teens who mow lawns, build fence, do yard work, anything they can find to do to earn money, because their parents have taught them the value of working for what you want instead of expecting someone to hand it to you.

Or the neighbor near your deal talks to you and says they have two houses they would love to sell.. and on and on..It doesn't sound very sexy but I think it's the best way to start.

Austin may be over-publicized and non-sexy as a result, but there is a reason for all of the press.

We're too busy spending billions on aircraft carrier groups and the next sexy line of fighter jets.

If I had read it in my late teens, early 20s it might have been better.  

I had a fairly new, less than 5 years old,  but well driven vehicle that broke down on one of those dirt roads on a day in August where it was 123 degrees, me and my 2 special needs teen girls.  

It made me feel sexy and confident.
