I had planned to open both custodial accounts and Roth IRA for them, then pay them through online payment from our business account to their custodial accounts, then transfer the money into their Roth IRA accounts.

I have done my research online and it doesn't seem like the strongest market (population is stagnant, crime rate is not the best, job industry isn't very strong) but I know personal accounts are important as well.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

I looked up the most recent form online and visited the state's website and it does mention that starting in 2023, PA conforms to Fed IRC 1031 but it does not say HOW to report it.Can someone PLEASE HELP?!

Is this a sample of a policy you were going to purchase or just something you found online?  

The purchase decision only requires online thorough research, then try to buy in a 401k/ira so you don't have to pay taxes on the Dividends which can be large.
