I worked full time during several investment purchases and sacrificed a lot of personal time and energy on the front end.

For a quick direct answer, judging from what I've read on these forums, the multifamily seems to be a "better" way to go.BUT I think Brandon Turner (and a majority of others) would say that it doesn't matter the style, and what's most important is finding a great deal.
