However, yesterday I sent out some emails to some agencies and landords, and today I got a call from a real state agent offering me to see an apartment with 1 bedroom,1 bathroom, equipped kitchen and a living room; it´s located in a very good area: near the biggest soccer stadium in Spain, shops, the metro station, pubs, restaurants and with a swimming pool on the rooftop, etc and then, I explained him the idea of subleasing the appartment by using AirBnB; he said he had to ask the landord and will reach out to me later.

It is true that my past leases are a bit more descriptive (with around 10 pages plus addendum in fine print) but most of it describes a 1001 ways for me to be evicted.

I have since gone back and purchased additional homes there.It is getting harder but you can find single family homes in fine neighborhoods (with no HOA) that would sell for $120,000 to $150,000 and rent $1100 to $1300.The base provides a steady flow of tenants.

- the City had put 2 violations on tenants door and we failed to respond back in time that too because tenant was not reachable (I do have PM - freedom group) managing the property in spite of that I ended up paying $300 in fines. what's the deal with these Historic towns , at the time of buying I was not made aware of the historic aspect which comes with additional scrutiny..
