Whenever I am in class I see people scraping by memorizing things, polishing their resumes, and asking what an employer looks for, but for me I just want to start my own business and be with my family and travel.

The borrower is still in the home and wants to do a loan mod, and our intention is to resume the mod process with him and perhaps obtain compensation for the past 3 years of delinquent payments via NC hardest hit fund.

Other areas of King County are either just as hot, almost as hot or even hotter :-)For instance, Bellevue is nuclear-furnace white hot while Shoreline is "just" hot.  

I've heard that close to the Nuclear plant property taxes are very low, which is a huge plus when owning buy and hold. 

There's also some major manufacturing, cyber command, and nuclear energy that add a ton of jobs and renters to the mix.  

I currently contract for the military and all of my professional experience is in the military, but I am looking to switch in a couple months to doing home inspections and am hoping that will help on my resume and get a foot in the door into the real estate side of things!
