They add a pop of colour on a sofa, but if you have a blanket on it or the sofa already has a pattern, don't bother. 

Not to mention the roads are some of the best designed traffic patterns I've ever seen.

I think with most stone, as others have said, I'd stay away from anything that is really distinct in its coloration or patterning.  

What pattern are you using, does underlayment need to be put down, do I need a moisture barrier etc. 

I am not sure where to find them here in Ontario tho.I would love to chat and pattern up with folks here in Ontario.

Fortunately I haven't wasted too much money in this holding pattern but every month that passes prices go up higher around here.

As the pattern becomes clear that you have a stinker in the group (sometimes a unit just doesn't perform for one reason, or several), you can shed that unit and move on. 

Sooner or later, if the same magistrates sees the same pattern of quick-to-evict over and over again from the same real estate professions, they come to the conclusion that the landlord/property manager needs to slow his roll.

I need to surround myself in this often so I start seeing he patterns.
