I was thinking if I was cool I’d figure out a way for a button push the door open like a little motor.

When I was selling residential solar I assessed 3-6 homes a day and often saw FPE panels with charring around where a breaker had been overheating for awhile and started arcing because it failed to trip, causing the breaker to melt and the wood framing the panel was mounted on to start burning.

Some of them also sell motors and other furnace parts, plumbing stuff, etc.There are Web sites that will sell you appliance parts, and it's good to use them as a price reference.  

In Milwaukee we have the news starting to pick up on it and we see bad press every week, leading to mounting public and legislative pressure.

The really cheap ones use regular steel blades and materials that are prone to rust and or the motor could also easily crap out.

Flush mount, we inserted it into the wall so that the back end is in the closet.
