Why buy a doodad and carry a massive financial burden when I have the funds and bandwidth to put my family and myself in line for financial freedom?

At this point you'll have massive value to people like your boss.  

It's BS.Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.Warren Buffet doesn't follow the Morning Miracle. 

But to be off by $100 a month isn't exactly a massive error.But I'm not sure a sale will benefit you any at this point. 

The point here is that unless you are aligned, unless your mind, heart, beliefs, and feelings are right, then taking “Massive Action” is really a bad idea.  

I purchased a home 2 years ago and am now looking to refi into a second home and rent out my current house.Our neighbor installed a massive foundation that’s an eyesore and visible from our backyard patio (not to mention the street).

Sure, I may have thrown away the massive investment gain that a negatively cash flowing CA property would appreciate 2x or 3x more in future.

That way we're far more likely to avoid massive sudden downturns due to the one industry that supports the city's economy falling apart.
