While the agent is out door knocking like they would normally do, you invective them to keep an eye out for distressed properties and so they are bird-dogging for you and everyone wins.  

Also, an outdoor kitchen, propane fueled 4 burner unit with a bar, counter, mini coolers, grill etc...There are more, but you get the idea.Obviously I can put them all on Craigslist and sell them, but that would require me to go through the trouble of finding out the brand/model number, how much it was when new, if it's fully functional or not, and show it, negotiate etc...Are there other alternatives?

We launched with what we considered a "minimal viable product" - no professional Airbnb photos, not completely decorated, no hot tub, no built-in microwave, not enough outdoor furniture - we had our first booking on 12/17. 

Other, buisness/investments along similar lines are golf course paractice facilities, surface parking lots, outdoor flea markets, gravel and dirt pits, christmas tree sales, and tent furniture sales.

Leave the soil out of this - people aren't living outdoors, they are living inside, and that is the environment that you are expected to be disclosing.
