over coming sub to  note being called is very basic information.Bottom line 99% of all mortgages have whats called an "event of default condition" in the mortgage and Alienation of title is an event of default.. so every sub to basically can be called.what folks do to try to hide this from the lender is various and very obvious structure of the transactions..

Just go to the Vegas auctions you will see it every day.. there is always some investor that will pay more than you will .. most of those folks are just looking for rentals.. some are not clued into values as you suspect but many just have other criteria that is not your criteria.. and forgeta bout it when someone wants to live in the house no one will beat them ..

On a "small" loan amount like his, he found it more beneficial to pay the extra .25% to rate to get the 3 year PPP. reason: it added only $17 per month to his payment every month; a small price to pay to open the door for refi or sale 2 years sooner.
