I haven’t seen you lose any of that enthusiasm, even with all of the poking and prodding and endless questions geared to make you second guess your decision.  

For example just to unplug bathtub they charged me $500.Tennant enters endless list of requests and property management charges me close to $500 for every little thing and it becomes a nightmare.If I end contact with property management they charge me $1000 or more.

The straw men is endless.

From residential properties to commercial spaces, the possibilities seem endless, and I'm eager to explore them all. 

I lived there for a couple of years awhile ago and, while I can't complain too much in California, miss the endless Florida summer and the whole area.

Add to that the endless calls of "can you just give me an idea/ballpark/etc?"

The list is virtually endless.

So, you lost a little on the first month or two and then you lose the whole month when they begin to squat with endless excuses and fighting and lost sleep for you.

There is endless new strategies to learn or perfect, high level operators to network with and a solid flow of deals from other students to underwrite before they are sent to other investors.
