In their old system you could sort by building unit count and just go down the list and type in the important data such as property address, owner name and address and build a simple list fairly easily (having multiple large computer displays helps).

There is crayon everywhere, nothing has been swept or cleaned (appliances and commode are gross), small sections of wall paper has been pealed off, one door has light dog scratches on it, another door has been destroyed, the bathroom mirror is missing.
