Any thoughts / advice would be helpful Without knowing anything about your business, just based on your post I'd put the money in the business.

With winter fast approaching I need to fill vacancies fast.I have read through some of the post here and understand it can be a decent cash flow, but I would love some recent  feedback from anyone that’s in the padsplit market in Atlanta on what to expect.  

She says she notices it in bed and has to put the bed a certain way (like with head on higher part).This doesn't seem to be enough of a problem where any part is unlivable or that requires immediate attention, but the main jist of this post is, where would I start or what type of business or contractor could I start with to find out about this?

Do post back here at a later time with your observations on the repair dispatch process and pricing.

If using financing make sure the put the walls up post appraisal or even post closing. 

@George BrownWhile the Dominican Republic can be a great place to invest, I don't think Punta Cana is the place, as I have mentioned in my replies to other posts.

So I have to ask, you have many posts all asking what market, have you purchased anything ?
