I've been reading up for the past few days and I've not really come over any real road blocks for moving forward in MH investing besides a few things.1.

I have had issues with being blocked though so I recommend being careful how many emails you send per day, the message, and frequency. 

Since we are such a big city, and a city of neighborhoods, I am against any generalization of it because it varies so much from neighborhood to neighborhood, and in some areas from block to block.  

(Having your summer home 2 blocks away seems a little redundant) 😜Also, if you see the same property sold more than once in the same year, chances are you either have a wholesaler or a fix and flipper.  

In fact, I've got my eye on another property I saw on MLS 3 blocks away from the last one I bought.

I own 5 duplexes in Uptown within 4 blocks of yours.

I highly doubt there is anything malicious or sneaky in him making that comment.  

What I really want is someone who can tell us how to set things up (both business wise and personally) that will allow us to keep as much of the money we make as possible, but also help us plan for the future (both future income properties and retirement funds).I am looking for a CPA who has been around the investment income block, and isn't afraid of telling us what we need to do, or if something we want to do is a bad idea. 

It's an old school basement with stepped in walls that are in good shape, but the old school cinder blocks similar to a crawl space wall are deteriorated and broken.Anybody in Wichita,KS have a guy they would share?

It's also considered a block by block city, so it will be critical that you link up with someone that is reputable and understands the area.
