Your priority should be locating a target market that has the fundamentals you are looking for and then assembling the professionals who will assist with sourcing the best investment opportunity.

I believe that assembling the right team will be crucial to my success, and I absolutely appreciate good people. 

Whether you go the TK route or decide to self-assemble a team, you need to be ruthless with your research and vetting.

I am remodeling a 4 unit building in Los Angeles and could use some recommendations for ready to assemble/assembled kitchen cabinets on an investors budget.I'm doing all 4 units at once. 

Example: Trailers, mobile homesModular homes:Stick-built in a factory to exact measurements, delivered to site in pieces which fit on flat-bed semi-trailer, assembled on-site after foundation is poured and first floor is laid down (OSB or plywood per code).Home building is beginning to pick up in my area and I'm exploring the possibility of developing land and providing modular homes which can be completed more quickly than traditional stick-built-on-site homes.Experiences would be the most helpful.

My goals is to buy and resell 4 properties in the next 12 months. i am looking to assemble a great team of cpa, lawyer, broker, insurance broker, escrow agent, inspector, contractors, handymen, etc. any recommendations or referrals would be much appreciated.

Will they have contractors they prefer to work with or will I have to assemble everyone and get the entire team on the same page?

Don't try to assemble this on the cheap or take the do-it-yourself approach.

It is not that difficult once you assemble the right people on your team for boots on ground in the Smokys.
