Many years ago i bought the Carlton Sheets investing in real estate program and  since have become fascinated with the industry, but never had the time, money or credit to pursue my dreams.

REI is an absolutely fascinating subject to me, which is why I recently joined my local REIA. 

I plan on making a move to Southern California in a few years, however, I am looking to invest with developers building high-end spec homes beforehand.I have been fascinated seeing beautiful speculative-built homes across the LA and OC areas and I plan on getting involved by the end of 2024.My plan is to invest passively in such developments while observing until I can develop such properties myself.Any advice, input, recommendations, or referrals would be much appreciated.I look forward to your responses.

I am fascinated by this industry, plan to retake the real estate class and obtain my broker license finally and I really want to learn the ins and outs of investing, flipping and eventually build my portfolio of rental properties.

@Michelle BulichI think you are missing out on the huge potential of renting to people fascinated by the supernatural.

This is definitely not my wheelhouse but fascinating by the attempt and by happy to help if feasible. 

Currently, Bozeman is getting a large influx of money and investors, and Big Sky has picked up since their bankruptcy (this is fascinating to read about if you have a moment). 

I'm just fascinated by marketing and the objective of it.
