We dont know if a sandwich will cost 800 bucks tomorrow meanwhile jersey mikes has it for around 14 bucks today.Ultimately the advantage of getting more cashflow and cash today generally trumps getting it back tomorrow because we dont know what "goods and services," we can trade those dollars or currency units for at that time.

I wouldn’t jump to lease violation at this stage.As for entry, maybe this is ok under Tennessee laws, but typically you don’t get to enter a tenant’s home without notice just to look around or leave a note on the kitchen counter regardless of what the lease says (State laws would trump the lease if there is a conflict between the two)

The above is Fannie Mae's own interpretation of the clauses in her own note and deed of trust that you sign at the closing table, laws/judges/etc of course trump Fannie Mae guidelines, this is just Fannie telling loan servicers what they are supposed to do for a loan that was originated as a Fannie Mae loan.
