ONLY rents to women  fenced with razor wire and 24 hour security NO MEN are allowed on the property no baby daddys nothing.. and that one perks along  I was stunned when they showed it to me.. like a little mini prison. 

I am headed back to my properties in Brazil where we went through a collapse of the Economy because of a huge political, corruption scandal involving enormous kickback schemes to the International builders of the Olympics in 2016. 500 Congressmen and women, Senators and even the President went to prison.

That is not a hard rule though.We had guests recently. 8 women over the age of 65 to ride the bike trail.

(If you look at the savings of not owning a car- the VAAS/CAAS model vehicle as a service or car as a service) maybe the largest wealth generator in the next 10 years (not counting the government printed $ over the covid period) (please do not get me started) Sorry, I digress, the future is coming and if it is convenient, we will embrace.  

Just to introduce myself first I'm a newbie interested in learning and buying my first investment properties in the next 6 months to 1 year (building up savings) with the ultimate goal of parlaying some of the capital into creating a women's residence or shelter in the area. 

I am also a newbie investor and am always excited to see more people embracing RE for all the benefits it offers.

We currently only work with very simple, 3 story garden walk-up apartments- Super nice- made to appeal to women, stainless appliances, quartz surface but still affordable to build.  

I dunno.....Lately, I just keep finding women's underwear under the beds.......Maybe I should start a collection...?
