Be it a single wide or a multi section MH there is always quite a bit of preparation preparing a floor for shipment and installing it on the other side.Additionally, what a lot of newbies don't know is that MH's develop their own characteristics (personalities) after sitting and settling in one spot for a long time and do not always just sit on a new pad or fit (marry) naturally back together whence reset.

-I'm an advocate of using smart numbers, not country wide averages across areas that don't mean anything to the area you invest in. 

Ceiling fans are a nightmare in low income units, don’t add them if you don’t have them already.Those older wall units are awesome, don’t replace them until they fail.How about to scaping the ceilings, using a more modern paint color, add wide slat window coverings, updated countertops in bathroom and kitchen, new flooring if needed, maybe paint or add new cabinet doors.

The info I am finding from Zillow and other places have a wide swing.Please provide some guidanceThanks
