Hello all, I'm new to the forum but have listened to multiple podcasts and youtube videos.

We are also open to find a multi-family with a full basement unfinished or finished that we can transform to live in while we rent both apartments and live rent free for the next year allowing us to save a substantial amount of money.

There are plenty of podcasts, books, and YouTube videos going through this in detail.

Physically seeing and being there in that moment sets that memory in better than any book or youtube video.So if someone is around the Harrisburg area and wants a free cup of coffee lol... hit me up when you have a moment.

Judging from youtube videos, it seems that some people can get it off using citristrip.

I know nothing about real estate investing and YouTube has been my source as of right now.

What are some good audio books or YouTube accounts that can help with my real estate education ( history of real estate, markets trends, taxes, LLCs.  Or psychological thought patterns of  persuasion and people who are considered sophisticated) Not looking for anything that targets emotions or that hypes passion like rich dad poor dad.

I've been educating myself through the Bigger Pockets forum & podcast along with reading & YouTube University. 

I have read four books on the topic, watched probably hundreds of YouTube videos, and talked to just about everyone I can reach.

Heard on a youtube video that it’s important to get accurate comparisons.
