Most books will teach you the basics but Alex's due diligence book introduces you to some really important aspects of the business like the paperwork you will need to file and which liens could wipe you out of 1st position.

I would avoid teaching topics that attract the gurus.

I recommend all 3 for excellent interview-style real estate info specific for CDNs.

Looked at passive investor opportunities and concluded that it does not suit my style.

I would not think that the style of roof would dictate loan terms.

I have a graphic designer wife and also spent a lot of time and effort branding my previous service business looking for a singular design and style across all media.

I have also done some other research and have read about Fannie Mae home-style loan which basically encompasses what I have been saying and combines the cost of a "fix-er-upper" and the cost of said repairs, and wondered if this is common.

But forcing someone to close or sell  me their property it's just not my style.
