If they can read, and follow the directions, then you might not get a phone call for something simple at odd hours.And notice I said a copy of the manuals; I keep the originals to make the next set of copies as needed.And I have been to the seminar where the speaker said to give out turkeys (or a certificate good for one) near the Thanksgiving holiday.

Because of it, we decided to dedicate our next meetup to a speaker who has experience with midterm rentals.

Starts at 5:30 and it is strictly a REI networking meet up so no speakers or deal pitches. 

If you are in the area, you should come to a meetup we are having on March 1st - our speaker for the month I believe has a couple of duplexes and a triplex and he invests in one of the submarkets south of Houston. 

The speaker is selling a course (as many do), but, if you are comfortable with STR's the training should give you quite a few golden nuggets you can use without buying the course. 

Plus, quite a few events that bring in quality national-wide note speakers.

There was a great conference this past week STR Wealth Conference in Nashville, over a 1000 attendees and some great speakers in the STR industry.
