It's just not worth it for a minor thing.If it's bad, you CAN replace floor grout w/ the sanded silicone too, but again, if it's bad you probably need to do some rethinking underneath the tile.

Depending on span, what's underneath that floor to take up the new point loads, and whether the new beam is below the ceiling or above in a pocket.Does not include rerouting HVAC/plumbing/electrical, etc. nor fixing the flooring.
