Having finished my MBA in Finance and additional courses beyond that in Real Estate including real estate accounting, and tax software on the market, I figured I know enough, taxes are simply typing numbers onto forms, so why on earth would I pay nearly a thousand a year in CPA fees.

You need a report saying contractor or seller dumped plaster down the pipes in final clean up and caused the failure or letters from your contractor/plumber saying "this was clearly known by any human who looked in the crawl space," but you are a sweet not know-legible guy who never studied plumbing....

Solar, propane for heater & shower, mini split, fridge that runs off DC, tongue & groove ceiling with puck lights, farm house sink with butcher block counter tops, full bed with storage underneath, 3 seatbelts connected to couch that turns into 2nd full bed, all electric is stored under bench, an induction stove top, fully furnished with pots, pans, and work out essentials, and our favorite part: A ROOFTOP DECK to enjoy the sites.
