I'm not too excited about the notes business and I think that's what drew me into looking at businesses like car wash and self-storage.  

@Drew Shirley that is a good point so long as it is the 506(c) as you stipulated and not to be confused with 506(b) which does not allow for public advertising/marketing.In my first post, I warned about people raising funds and getting paid for that from a syndicator rather than being the syndicator/sponsor.
