The NPN investing model is properly planning to run the whole course not a portion of it.Further, the notion that you can get your investment back in short order illustrates a misunderstanding of the capital demands that run with the asset.

This is more layman misplaced fear spurred from misunderstandings.  

IF there is an error (this could be your misunderstanding) then the title company who prepared the closing statement made an error.....start with them.Note: someone prepared a prelim closing statement, hopefully the title co. who knows how to do it correctly.

But to tack a $10k fee onto a deal that's already thin (using the 70% guideline) just smacks of greed (or stupidity, or a fundamental misunderstanding of what an investor buyer is looking for).Pigs get fat; hogs get slaughtered.
