I don't know about the city registry but many have them, here you need a business license, might check that and they may want personal property taxes on business property, fridge, free standing stove, other amenities not attached.

I'll have an air mattress, the stove works and there is a "working" fridge in the place.

Oh if you already have a fridge with that darn ice maker consider putting in the lease that you won't repair/replace it when it breaks.

Are you guys talking about the fridge, stove, dishwasher, and micro hood package?

(the seller is throwing-in a newer white fridge located in the 2-car detached garage, which by the way offers tons of storage, cabinets and working space.

We always provide them with an efficiency so they have a fridge and a stove.

There are waiting lists in my area.I’m considering experimenting with a smaller budget remodel… and not putting in a full kitchen… just a kitchen with fridge and microwave.
