However, have you reached out to your local meeting chapter director about adding a possible subgroup or at the minimum including a "Note Investing" as one of the monthly meeting topics or as a segment of one?  

I have banking friends who shake their heads at the Ivy grad 'wunderkind' in their employ who are truly baffled as to why they're not managing directors and multimillionaires by 24.

As for Zillow, I am sales director of a real estate firm owned by the largest construction lender in the southeast, therefore we deal with most of the preconstruction financing and dealing with a good source of investors.

i read a book from Steve McKnight and he said he never bought a property under his name, always with a trust. as you can leverage the director's income multiple times to guarantee the loan. thanks!
