Advice for new Kansas RE licensee

Hello, BP!

I am getting ready to take my RE license exam this month and am seeking some advice where to go from here. I currently work full time as a salesman/ PM for a local residential contractor. I plan to keep my job at least for a few more years and start the transition into a full time REI career. My initial questions are as follows-

How do I find an investment minded broker who will hold my license, especially when I don't plan on being a buyers or sellers agent?

What are some activities I can do with an active license to make some extra cash while still maintaining my full time job?

Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated. I live in the KC area, so if anyone has any specific opportunities, please PM me.

Thanks,

Jake
