Can I have the LLC designated as the Landlord and then sign on it's behalf even though the properties are in my personal name?

Since the house had Placards designating it as hazardous, neither I, nor anyone acting on my behalf, could be permitted on the property without a Conditional Letter from Code Enforcement.

I think the calculators are designed more to keep everything organized and to help people from forgetting all of the expenses that are included.

If your ever looking to get a business line of credit one of the key factors is the age of the business and it’s balance sheet and P&LIf your business was profitable then absolutely keep it and just change the designation.
