Fix and Flip Mentorship

I am currently a real estate agent with Keller Williams and I am looking to start in a new direction: fix and flips. While I am eager to start, I have little experience, but feel with my real estate background, management skills, and design skills. I would excel. I recently helped my family flip a home successfully and I would like to continue doing that. I do know, however, that I need more hands on experience and need more info. I am looking for a fix/flipper in Colorado who would be willing to let me shadow and learnt he ropes, so I am looking for a sort of mentorship. Please let me know if anyone comes to mind! TIA!
