Many of us have enough of that and I have always viewed Bigger Pockets as a place for learning, education, networking, and collaboration. 

It seems much easier to team up with others for help and ideas rather than hoard and turn away from collaboration.

I didn't know they were collaborating on another podcast -- hopefully they will have me as a guest. ;)

They also collaborate with you on design, amenities, budget etc. but if I can increase traffic and revenue being on the program I’ll give it a shot.

Would like to get back into note investing and collaborating it with other parts of real estate investing.

None of them have their own money involved, they have a list of 2800 or so they say, investors that they mass email out a property, they usually get from the one off deals from unsuspecting students who bring in deals in hopes for a collaboration.

Evernote is great but takes a lot of time crafting and is not the best for collaborative work.  

However we collaborate with some wonderful agents.
