Nowadays it is often not only difficult getting a technician new refrigerators can be hard to find (and getting one delivered can take days).As a kindly landlord gesture it would have been nice to drop off a couple of those foam coolers and a couple of bags of ice to tide the tenant over until the frig could be fixed.  

You'll mostly find them in groups nowadays.

The sound is mediocre but that's how all thin tvs are nowadays. 

They aren't all as nice as you guys so some buzz words to avoid would be great, and of course some terms that are common that I should be able to use in a sentence.Thanks guys! 

It seems nowadays that RE mentors provide the best information when they start in this business and become very greedy at one point and separate the information into packages to make more money.

@Frank Jiang5 years back. even bartlett was not that strong . nowadays its considered a B class neighborhood.areas are gentrifying in a lot of cities. 

Typically the places that need some cosmetic work/are under rented are where you will get the best overall returns nowadays.

My mentor tells me that building relationships is the best way to get a deal nowadays.

Land owners nowadays think that you can build it for 100/sf and hope you forget about soft costs, then they calculate how much you can sell your finished product less 50-100k.
