Hi BP friends,

I'm helping a referral find industrial property and it's a little out of my comfort zone (residential agent, here!)so I could use some insight.  My first question is where can I get up to date information on the properties that he finds on Crexi? Is Crexi to the commercial world what Zillow is to the residential world (notoriously out-of-date) or can I rely on the information there? I've already had 1 agent tell me a listing from Crexi was sold while it shows active.

And then understanding how to talk to these guys. They aren't all as nice as you guys so some buzz words to avoid would be great, and of course some terms that are common that I should be able to use in a sentence.
