I charge a non-refundable fee of $75 per adult

The property is an ex adult family home that has been converted 10 times over.

If there are repair needs they call you, otherwise they are adults & need to figure out how to interact with their neighbors or call the police if something illegal is going on. 

Fortunately, the mom and adult sister of the male adult occupant were wonderful people and contacted me regarding what I was up against.

Maybe when my kids dont clean their room I should get new kids too...or I could be a freaking adult and apply some rules

Mom would go to off-site adult daycare from 8:00-2:00 on weekdays and would have a personal care professional come in in the morning for shower/getting dressed as well as after 2:00 for a few hours.

Follow up with the adult son in a few days to check to see how they are doing and if they found the watch.

Babies should be dressed the same as adults and 70 degrees is plenty warm enough.

I am consumed now by wanting more, learning more and reading more - a new found adult learning experience.

Maybe its because Im young and I've only lived through one real estate cycle (as an adult) and that cycle happened to be quite dramatic, but it just feels like buying now would be like buying in 2005.
