The quad plex is right next to the police station and within walking distance to two universities.

i dont think the police or who ever takes down the signs ususally go down secondary roads or in neighborhoods very much. 

Police, code enforcement...nobody could do anything.Also had a woman with 11 kids live in a house next to another house of mine.

Had to get the police involved it was a whole thing, total pain in the butt.....So moral of the story is yes, it does happen.

Crime, drugs, hookers with scams, meth addicts, arson, corrupt police in the neighboring town (South Coffeyville Oklahoma), the occasional flood, the hot and humid summers, bad roads, no decent restaurants, less grocery stores, etc.The joy I get is when Louisiana contractors that rent from me every few months bring me 10 lbs of boudin and gator meat in exchange for rent. 

The neighbor did nothing to stop it and the police wouldn't do anything unless the dog left the property and bit somebody.We accepted an offer from a person that happened to the see the property at a time when the dog was gone ... a few days later during inspections, the dog was home and barking like crazy the entire time. 

She agreed to move her things by 6/30.She’s been MIA for several days and today with police present I entered the apartment to find it almost looked abandoned.
