Good afternoon OmarI am a new real estate investor currently closing on my first duplex in Minneapolis.

Wondering if anyone has recommendations for the Minneapolis area of good lenders, both private and bank lenders they recommend.

Hello, anyone know of any Minneapolis area meet ups in the near future.

Raleigh-Durham-Cary, NCLas Vegas, NVAustin, TXPheonix, AZCharlotte, NCAtlanta, GARiverside-San Bernadino, CAOrlando, FLDallas Fort Worth, TXHouston, TX I am curious to see if ten years from now other hot areas for investors will also increase in value like Cleveland, Toledo,  Kansas City, Memphis, Chicago, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, just to name a few.

I'm partically looking for a title company here in MN that can...1) during double/simultaneous closings, allow the buyers funds to blanket the entire transaction (closing costs etc...) without me having to have my own funding and2) if they also allow assignment of contracts if I would prefer to not deal with double closings fees If anyone in the Minneapolis / St.

Minneapolis does limit the number to 5 total people per unit and limits the number of unrelated individuals.I think its best to publish some criteria for potentially denying an application to filter out many who would not be great tenants.  

I am looking for a local company at Minneapolis area that can help to design and remodel it in May.
