Wholesale friendly title companies in Minneapolis St. Paul area

Hi, I'm new to the twin cities area and I've been looking for a title company that's wholesale investor friendly. 

I'm partically looking for a title company here in MN that can...

1) during double/simultaneous closings, allow the buyers funds to blanket the entire transaction (closing costs etc...) without me having to have my own funding and

2) if they also allow assignment of contracts if I would prefer to not deal with double closings fees 

If anyone in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area would be able to recommend me a title company that would be able to do this please let me know :)
