Going a little north there is a the NH Mastermind in Nashua and heading south I'd highly recommend the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (Alternates every other month with their Worcester location, this is a Waltham month).  

I went to one that brie Schmidt holds in Chicago ( not to speak) and I really liked her group.. some very sharp people in that group.. it was small buy more of a mastermind I guess.  

My husband and I started  Wholesaler Mastermind and Accountability Call, so we could find more off-market deals by training new wholesalers how to build lists, find phone numbers, create solid mailing, emailing, texting and cold calling campaigns that will boost the effectiveness and likelihood of closing more deals.
