In the past I've just had my tenants send me money via Venmo, but I'm developing a need for a more professional platform.

I've just had such a horrible history with her (and I've offered her several times that I'll gladly let her out of her lease and give her her deposit back.....she won't) that her asking me for my address is setting up such huge red flags.

I’ve just been mulling over ways to further protect me should there be a challenge at any point.

Hey All,Looking to transition out of SFH and recently found an opportunity that I'd like to get the communities opinion on.

I’ve only dealt with WF, Cenlar, Moody, and Prodigy, so I’ve just assumed that 75% was it as that is all they offered.  

I've just reduced the rent I'm asking hoping maybe it will draw the better quality tenants, but so far I don't see any difference.
