I'm new to the BP web page.

I've been listening to the podcast for a little better than 2 years. I'm not very computer literate and the web page has been tough for me to understand. I'm in negotiations for my first investment property, which consists of a commercial frontage, duplex, and 2.5 acres. I already own the dirt adjacent to the property in which I intend on making the available land into boat and rv storage. The city where it is located recently passed  an ordinance where the locals can not park their boats,rv, race car trailers, lawn trailers, etc. in their driveway. I should be able to park 50-60 vehicles on the lot. I would like to find out if anyone may know of a couple of different systems for "storage" type business and where I could find a "terms and agreement" forms for the customer. Thanks!
