Another semi-silly issues that arise might be changing out the dishwasher since that little height difference becomes a problem --- I've known a few homeowners who have had to remove several inches of the flooring in front of the dishwasher to change it out...New builds tend to do it in reverse mainly because of the new construction process and the order you get the trades in.

I'm 71-years old and remember when I was young my family was the talk of the town because we had a 12 inch black and white television that could pick up to television stations.I've had the same problems with several companies the same as you are having and we deal with COX in las Vegas and with Direct TV, Time Warner and A T & T in Los Angeles.

But, the issues with this property is their Roofing is bit old more than 20 years with a lot of patched all around the roof, and both unit's basement floor is covered in water with 1/2 to 1 inch deep (unknown reason).

The inspector told the buyer the foundation was leaking, but the concrete floor was 6 inches off the ground and the baseboard had bubbles on all the inside walls as well as the outside.

Would it not have been a nice gesture and much easier if the nails bothered the scumbag so much he (or she) could have saved a lot of time and money if they bent their fat aged butts over and just picked up the nails.I received a complaint with a picture (of course) because there was a tiny single weed about 2 inched long protruding onto the sidewalk.The scumbag president of one HOA lived next door to one of my properties.

Generally speaking if the foundation/floor is 1 inch or more in deviation then the foundation needs to be repaired in that area.
