@Ricardo Flores In your transaction, the lender is the Appraiser’s client and due to confidentiality, per USPAP (Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice), the appraiser cannot just “release” the appraisal to any one.

A lot of us starting out are going through the motions for what we think is best then years later saying we went into the wrong direction.

I would dry underwrite some deals and go through the motions of the process that way when you have some more capital you are ready to commit without hesitation.

I have the phone app installed and get buzzed constantly with new motion-activated clips.

I was wondering if it is recommended to put an alarm system including motion detectors and window/door sensors or do you think that installing exterior and doorbell cameras is enough ?
