I am on facebook and I am trying to learn all the current technology to streamline the business and to get the best ROI for marketing.

Some brokers want 30% on all deals, some want 80% on the first two deals in a month + "desk rent", "technology fees", etc..

In the beginning it was hard to adjust to networking during COVID, but now I find that with everyone being force to adopt technology, I am networking twice as much as I was pre-COVID.

What does compliance cost, what does training cost, what does technology cost, what do the operations cost you--accounting, utilities, brokerage fees, franchise fees, etc., what does retaining the agents cost you? 

@ryan I am in same boat, think technology has enabled a lot of the day to day PM services to be handled by owner using platforms.
